• Our artist rates vary and each tattoo is priced accordingly.
• We are a CASH ONLY shop so please come prepared.
• One off pieces completed on the same day are priced at the artist's discretion.
• Please be realistic about how long you can sit for when booking an appointment. We would rather you ask for a half day than push yourself to get through a full day session.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• We require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment.
• Minimum charge for a tattoo is £50.
• If you need to re-arrange your appointment for any reason, you must let us know with at least 48 hours notice. We can carry over the deposit to your rescheduled appointment; however this can only be done once, and if the appointment is rescheduled again another deposit will need to be made.
• When making an appointment in the shop, over the phone or via email, you are entering an agreement and accepting our policy.
• If you cancel or do not show up to your appointment, you lose your deposit.
• Make sure you have a good night sleep and a hearty breakfast.
• Wear loose clothing that gives the artist access to the area you want tattooed and that you don't mind getting dirty!
• Make sure you bring water or a sugary drink to sip during your appointment.
• Make sure you follow the aftercare instructions that were given verbally or on your aftercare sheet.
• Take off the cling film after 2-3 hours.
• Do not soak your tattoo in the bath, a rinse in the shower is enough.
• Make sure you clean the tattoo with unscented, antibacterial soap and water.
• Pat dry with kitchen roll or a clean towel.
• After a few days, you can use your preferred aftercare moisturiser after cleaning your tattoo.
• Repeat this process at least twice daily whilst the tattoo is in the later healing stages.
• If you have swelling, ibuprofen will help bring it down.
Please check with your doctor if you are able to use these.
Do not pick or scratch your new tattoo as you may pull the ink out.
Healing time is roughly 2-3 weeks. Not everybody is the same and some may take more or less time to heal.
There is free 1 hour parking available in the car park outside of our building. If you are visiting for longer than an hour, we recommend finding street parking on the residential streets near the studio. There are usually plenty of spaces on Station Road - turn left off of Victoria Road or turn left as you come out of the car park.
All bookings are done via email and we are open for appointments only. We will ask for reference images for your idea, a rough size in cm/inches and an idea of placement. Then we can get back to you with a quote and get you booked in!
Sometimes artists request images of the area of your body that they will be tattooing. This is so they can draw the design to fit the area perfectly. You will also be asked for images if you're looking to fill a specific gap. Please send clear, well lit images taken from straight on. You do not need to send a picture of your whole body, but we do need to see all of the area you would be getting tattooed.
Our artists draw the designs the day before the appointments which means we don't send out designs in advance, unless agreed beforehand with the artist.
Once you've agreed on a design with the artist they will make the stencil. To place the stencil on your body the artist will ask you to expose the area you want the tattoo to go and to stand straight as the stencil is applied.
You will only be asked to move or remove items of clothing when absolutely necessary. You are welcome to change in our bathroom if you do not want to remove clothing in the main tattooing area. Privacy screens are available at the studio. If the artist has not already put the screens up, feel free to request them.
